Service Description

This can be a private session for yourself, a couple or a small group of friends or family members. This 1 hour session allows you to choose a time that suits you. It can take place in your home or garden or online. Wherever the practice we may organize a recording which you can use again as often as you like. Private yoga sessions can be a great way of starting a yoga practice and also allow you to enjoy a modified practice to suit whatever your situation, body, mind need now. Discount available for multiple bookings (Block of 3 sessions £40 each. Block of 6 session £35 each).
